From measurement math to how cooking techniques change flavor to ingredient temperature impacts, there’s no shortage of interesting science topics to explore in the kitchen. Educators will whip up examples of caramelization, the maillard reaction, insect protein, milk-based emulsions and more while also highlighting how food serves as fuel for the body.
Not only will you be inspired to become a home chef + scientist, you’ll also get to sample some of the creative concoctions our educators prepare!
