Young scientists and their caretakers are invited to go on a special adventure designed just for them. Science Museum educators will take children five and younger on an engaging journey that brings science stories to life.
Activities vary and can include a puppet show, song-and-dance performance, story, simple STEM activity or skit featuring a costumed character. Each performance lasts approximately 15 minutes and takes place in the LightPlace exhibition on Level 0.
- Early ExpLORE is offered multiple times each week. Please check the daily schedule for scheduled dates and times.
- Early ExpLORE is included with admission. Programs are wheelchair accessible. Some performances may include loud noises.
- The LightPlace exhibition is for children five and younger. Older children are welcome to attend Early ExpLORE programs if they are with a group that contains younger friends and siblings.
About Live Demos
Demos are explorations where participants watch and engage with a Science Museum educator who showcases amazing scientific experiments to guests.
