Early ExpLORE

Young scientists and their caretakers are invited to go on a special adventure designed just for them. Science Museum educators will take children five and younger on an engaging journey that brings science stories to life.

Activities vary and can include a puppet show, story or simple STEM activity. Each activity lasts approximately 15 minutes and takes place in the LightPlace exhibition on Level 0.

• Early ExpLORE is offered multiple times each week. Please check the daily schedule for scheduled dates and times.
• Early ExpLORE is included with admission and open to general admission guests. Programs are wheelchair accessible. Some activities may include loud noises.
• The LightPlace exhibition is for children five and younger. Older children are welcome to attend Early ExpLORE programs if they are with a group that contains younger friends and siblings.

Please note: Early ExpLORE programs are not open to groups.
