Take part in an exciting semester-long program where teens combine hands-on guest engagement at the museum with mentorship and daily learning opportunities. This program is designed to help participants develop essential career skills while gaining a behind-the-scenes understanding of how the Science Museum operates.

Program Details

  • Duration: 16 weeks (January–May)
  • Training: One-day training session (choose January 18 or 19)
  • Commitment: Volunteer at least every other week, with shifts on Saturday or Sundays (7 hours per shift, including a lunch break). By the end of the semester, volunteers will complete 60+ hours of service.

Eligibility

  • Open to enthusiastic teens aged 15–18.
  • No prior experience needed just a passion for science communication, leadership and exploring STEM careers!
